Returns

Mallport does not ship or deliver any items directly, and is not responsible for seller’s return policies or for returns and refunds on any purchases made through the platform. We suggest contacting the seller within 14 days of receiving an item if you wish to return it. Returns and refunds are handled directly between buyer and seller.

Refunds

If you wish to request a refund on an item purchased through Mallport, you will need to contact the seller directly. Mallport does not process or manage any payments, refunds, or returns. Refunds are handled directly between buyer and seller according to the seller’s refund policy.

Shipping

Mallport does not arrange for shipping or delivery of any items listed by sellers on our platform. Shipping costs and policies are set by each seller. Please review the seller’s shipping policies before making a purchase.
