The Service allows sellers to advertise products (goods) and services (for example logistics or consulting). Sellers must classify listings accurately. Buyers can view sellers' advertisements, but must contact the seller directly regarding any potential transaction.
Mallport does not represent sellers, manufacture or sell products, provide shipping services, or process payments for any products. Mallport solely provides an advertising platform to connect sellers and buyers.
Trust signals and listings
Where we display a verified seller badge, it indicates that Mallport has performed an internal review of the seller’s business profile information supplied to us. It is not a government, statutory, or regulatory approval, and it does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legal compliance of any individual listing. Buyers should use their own judgement. Purchases
The only purchase that takes place on the Service is payment from sellers for advertising their products. If you wish to pay to advertise on the Service as a seller, you will need to provide payment information through our secure checkout process. This may include your name, billing address, credit card number, and other payment details.
Mallport does not facilitate any purchase of products between buyers and sellers. Transactions take place directly between the users outside of the Service. Mallport is not involved in managing shipments, returns, refunds, or exchanges of products.
